We leverage what each partner brings to us to undertake tropical rainforest protection projects that work, not just now, but for the long term. South by Southwest® (SXSW®) is our longest continuous and highest contributing partner. Their partnership benefits us through financial donations, media promotion, and the opportunity to participate in their annual events—our film challenge, Films for the Forest, has been an official part of SXSW for years. SXSW has given Rainforest Partnership an incredible platform to connect with innovators across the spectrum of technology, social good, public policy, film and more.
A Texan based store that offers great deals on everything from computers, parts, and peripherals to the latest in drones, gadgets and tech gear. Discount Electronics supports Rainforest Partnership’s mission through a combination of in-kind resources such as technical equipment, videography, and graphics cards.
Texas Office Products and Supply (TOPS)
TOPS has provided vital support for Rainforest Partnership through a combination of in-kind resources and donations over the years. TOPS is the largest dealer of used, refurbished, and new office furniture, cubicles, and supplies in Austin and has generously furnished the majority of RP HQ.
Nature’s Treasures one-of-a-kind retail store offers a wide selection of crystals, minerals, and fossils, among countless other products of the earth. Their interest in nature goes beyond business, however, as they donate 5% of their Earth Day earnings to RP every year.
Based in Austin, Flash Tattoos is the company behind the metallic temporary tattoos that are in-vogue around the globe. Flash Tattoos collaborated with Rainforest Partnership to create the ‘Illia’ tattoo pack – a vibrant collection of feathers, friendship bracelets and blue morpho butterflies inspired by the rich color palette of the Amazon and RP’s projects there. Flash Tattoos generously donates 5% of sales of the Illia pack to Rainforest Partnership in order to help us carry out our mission of protecting tropical rainforests.
C3 Presents is the creative and organizing force behind Austin City Limits and Lollapalooza, two of the most popular music festivals in the country. C3 Presents is a primary sponsor of Films for the Forest and their support is essential for its success every year.
Rainforest Partnership is proud to be a part of EARTHx, a non-profit organization focused on environmental education and awareness which is the world’s largest annual forum for sharing the latest initiatives, discoveries, research, policies, products and corporate practices that are reshaping our world.

Since 2015, Holy Kombucha has been producing Yerbucha, the perfect blend of Yerba Mate tea and kombucha, in collaboration with Rainforest Partnership. The refreshing, nutrient-rich drink comes in three flavors and 10¢ of every 16oz. bottle or 8¢ of every 10oz. bottle sold is generously donated to our cause.
The Austin EcoNetwork (AEN) is Austin’s only local environmental news source, connecting people to information, events, and resources related to Austin and the environment. Their website features Austin’s most comprehensive listing of green events, blogs written by green thought leaders and a dedicated staff, and educational podcasts. As a media partner, AEN promotes RP events and initiatives.
The Austin Chronicle is an independent, locally owned and operated newsweekly that reflects the heart and soul of Austin. Boasting a weekly readership of 586,000, the Chronicle provides advertising exposure that gets the word out about Rainforest Partnership’s mission and needs.
Austin Monthly is the award-winning publication that curates the best of what the city of Austin has to offer. As a media partner, Austin Monthly generously promotes Rainforest Partnership’s events and initiatives.
